Elizabeth “Lily” R. Lenihan is an associate in Grossberg Yochelson Fox & Beyda’s property tax assessment appeals practice. She focuses her work primarily on commercial real estate tax appeals in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
Ms. Lenihan received her B.A. from The George Washington University and her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she graduated with honors. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Lily worked for several years supporting GYFB’s property tax assessment appeals team and is pleased to be continuing her career with the firm.
